We had a 1940 bathroom with original enameled cast-iron tub and pink tile surround. The tub’s enamel was wearing through and the tiles around the tub were looking a little shabby, but we liked the tub and did not want to replace it if it could be repaired. On a recommendation from a neighbour we contacted Anthony at Market Ready Tub Refinishing who came to our home and provided quotes to refinish the tub alone, tub and surround [including re-grouting tiles] and tub plus all bathroom tiles. We opted for a re-glazed tub and surround in white, but the resulting finish looked so good that the rest of the tiles looked shabby by comparison, so we asked him to return and complete the room. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. The price was reasonable and the workmanship and clean-up immaculate.
